The Oil Bulletin does not regularly update excise duties and does not systematically take into account exceptional measures (reductions in excise duties, subsidies, rebates, etc.) taken by Member States, which may result in discrepancies with actual prices. Consequently, the prices listed in these statements are not intended to be used in the context of the application of Article L. 3222-2 of the Transport Code.
